What is Applied Leadership Course?
Applied Leadership is a programme for the political, economic, social and cultural renewal and presevation of the African continent and its people.
The African Institute of Leadership and Governance will offer three months intensive learning programme aimed at empowering its students to become thought leaders who are committed to the development of Africa.

This Programme is for:
1. A current manager who wants to enhance your role performance and organisational success
2. A functional specialist interested in building a working knowledge of the levers of leadership
3. Anticipating a transition into a leadership role, with an eye on future growth

Programme Framework
The ASL 1 is presented over a minimum period of 6 weeks – one module of three days contact sessions each in a cycle of five weeks. A 2 day compulsory orientation session is held before the presentation of the first module. International Learners are supported by an e-learning platform for the duration of the programme. The modules enable learners to complete and submit formative and summative (postcourse) assignments. Schedules can be customized according to clients’ preferences.
