PURPOSE OF THE Business and Entrepreneurship programme

The School of Business and Entrepreneurship at the African Institution of Leadership and Governance (AIOLG) is a dynamic and transformative program designed to empower individuals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to thrive in the competitive world of business and entrepreneurship. This program provides a comprehensive curriculum that encompasses both foundational business principles and innovative entrepreneurial strategies, preparing participants to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape with confidence and resilience.

In the School of Business, participants delve into essential topics such as business strategy, financial management, marketing, operations, and organizational leadership. They gain a deep understanding of key business concepts and practices, enabling them to analyse market trends, develop strategic plans, and make informed decisions to drive business success and sustainable growth.

Complementing the business curriculum, the School of Entrepreneurship equips learners with the tools, resources, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to launch, manage, and grow successful ventures. Participants explore topics such as opportunity identification, business model innovation, risk management, and venture financing, empowering them to turn innovative ideas into viable business opportunities.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS :

  2. Minimum of Grade 10
